I buy a elitebook p refurbshed with windows 10 home basic 64 bits from hp distributor and the light sense, fingerprint sensor and the toutchpad does not work properly. No PC built prior to August of is supported by HP for W10, so you can expect that some things will not work no matter what you try. The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W7 touchpad and fingerprint sensor drivers from the support page.
If the fingerprint sensor driver is installed, you may be able to get the fingerprint sensor to work by using the W10 security software, which succeeded the HP ProtectTools software. Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore should be installed before other Client Security modules.
